Effective Massage for Aching Knees

The knee region can be a major source of troubles for nearly everyone. Some of the common knee issues that clients could have include patellofemoral syndrome, iliotibial band friction syndrome, medial collateral ligament sprain, and patellar tendinitis. Learn how soft tissue techniques can help with the pain and discomfort these knee problems produce. Anatomical considerations will be addressed, along with technique demonstration and practice, so that you will learn how to treat the muscular and connective tissue structures of the knee region.
You will need to bring to class
set of sheets, face cradle cover large towel, bolster, pen/pencil.
You can pay a $40 non-refundable deposit now to hold your place in class and pay the remaining $100 when you arrive for class.
