Eye Pillows are great for massage therapists to place on their client's eyes during a massage or body treatment. The gentle weight of flax seed promotes a deep state of relaxation.
Some of our eye pillows are made with cotton on one side for warmth and a silk like fabric on the other for a cooling effect. We also have some eye pillows that have the cooling silk like fabric on both sides, and some eye pillows with embroidery on the smooth fabric. All Peaceful Rest Eye Pillows are filled with cooling flax seed.
Although eye pillows are wonderful at room temperature, you can cool them in the refrigerator to cool the face during the summer heat or heat them in the microwave for 15 seconds for a soothing warm heat. When cooling them, be sure to keep them in a plastic bag to keep the moisture out.
Get an eye pillow case to keep your eye pillow sanitized, as it is not washable.
