Q: How soon can I get my order?
A: Body Logic processes all orders the same day. If the product is in stock, then your order will ship out the same day you placed it. Within Texas you will see your order the next day (with weekend exceptions. Other states should see their order within 3 to 4 days.

Q: How is my order shipped?
A: All orders are shipped either UPS or USPS and are traceable. All P.O. Box orders will be shipped USPS.

Q: Is there any free shipping?
A: Yes. Free shipping applies to all orders over $239.00.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: No. You can order just one item or several. Body Logic takes your order seriously no matter what the size.

Q: What forms of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you would like to pay by check, please call us at 800-662-3306.

Q: Do you backorder?
A: Yes. If your product is not in stock, you will be notified. As soon as it is in, it will ship and you will receive an email letting you know that it has shipped.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds will be issued on all unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. There is a 15% restock fee on returns of undamaged product or you can receive the entire amount in a store credit.

Q: Do you offer bulk pricing?
A: Yes. Body Logic carries several products that have bulk pricing levels. Please call us for more details.
