1) We ship all orders either Fed Ex or United States Postal Service. We offer FREE shipping on all product orders over $239.00 within the contiguous United States. This excludes any over sized items.

Orders for Alaska, Hawaii or APO/AP addresses please call for shipping quote.

A shipping charge of $9.50 will be calculated at the time of all other orders and added to the final cost. We do not take responsibility for late shipments due to Fed Ex or Postal delivery errors, but will assist you in anyway to track your package. There are no refunds due to shipping errors. No International orders.

If an address correction has to be made to a shipment due to customer error, and Fed EX or USPS charges a fee for that correction, then the customer will be charged that fee.

2) Return Policy: We accept returns of new, unused product, in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items over 45 days may not be returned. You can exchange or receive Store Credit for full value if returned within 30 days and in resell-able condition. On all refunds a 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returned products. No refund or returns of sale items or special orders. Thank You!

3) Defective/Damaged Products: We do recognize that occasionally a defective or damaged unit may be received. Please inspect all items upon receipt. Call us immediately, within 5 days of purchase to report any damage. Retain packing slip and all packing material. We will replace or repair the item at no cost to you if returned within 30 days of receipt. Call Customer Service at 800-662-3306.

4) Non Returnable Items: For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oil, lotion, cremes or on books, DVD's, CD's and software. No returns on washed linens or worn clothing.

5) Sales Tax only applicable to Texas residents. A sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipped to a Texas address.
