We pride ourselves on getting your order out the same day! If the product is out-of-stock, you will be notified when it will be in. You will also receive an e-mail from our manager letting you know when and how your order shipped, and how soon you can expect to see it.

Shipping: We ship all orders either UPS or United Postal Service. We offer FREE shipping on all product orders over $239.00 within the contiguous United States. This excludes all Class Reservations.

Orders for Alaska, Hawaii or APO/AP addresses please call for shipping quote.

A shipping charge of $9.50 will be calculated at the time of all other orders and added to the final cost. We do not take responsibility for late shipments due to UPS or Postal delivery errors, but will assist you in anyway to track your package. There are no refunds due to shipping errors. No International orders.

Refund Policy: Exchange up to 30 days on unused or unopened products. 15% restocking fee on all return products. No refund on returns of sale items or special orders. Thank You!

Non-Returnable Items: For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oils, lotions, and creams. Returns on Books, Music, CD's, DVD's, Brochures, Software or washed linens and clothing will not be accepted.

Sales Tax: Sales Tax is only applicable to Texas residents. A sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipped to a Texas address.
