The Spine Aligner / Footsie Foot Roller

The Spine Aligner is two great tools in one! The Ma Roller portion gives you an effective tool for deep muscle work. There are three important lines of energy that the Ma Roller stimulates: the central line of the spine and the two lines on either side where the acupressure points of all the internal organs fall. The pressure on both sides of the spine is just what you need for an aching back.

One either side of the middle Ma Roller section, is a foot roller. You can massage both feet at once! This portion of the Spine Aligner is wonderful to stimulate and wake up the feet or to ease the pain of tired and aching feet after a long, stressful day.
