Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed

We accept returns of new, unused product, in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items over 45 days may not be returned. You can exchange or receive Store Credit for full value if returned within 30 days and in resell-able condition. On all refunds a 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returned products. No refund or returns of sale items or special orders. Thank You!
Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly
recommended when returning merchandise.
Non Returnable Items: For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oil, lotion, cremes or on books, DVD's, CD's and software. No returns on washed linens or worn clothing.
How We Do Business
Sales Tax only applicable to Texas residents.
A sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipped to a Texas address.
We do recognize that occasionally a defective or damaged unit may be received. Please inspect all items upon receipt. Call us immediately, within 5 days of purchase to report any damage. Retain packing slip and all packing material. We will replace or repair the item at no cost to you if returned within 30 days of receipt. Call Customer Service at 214-378-6100.
